God Always Provides <3

I shared this on my personal Facebook page, but it was suggested to me I should share it in a blog as well.

I just wanted to share something I feel overwhelmed by. As a believer, I know God provides. I’ve experienced it over and over again. But I think it’s when He provides for a desire rather than a need that I feel the most overwhelmed because I know I don’t deserve it but He loves me enough to say, “Here, I want you to have this.”

So, I’ve really been wanting to do something with the kids like go to Sea World, or Fiesta Texas. Something like that. That is just something we can’t afford and don’t make a priority to save for (or remember to do once tax return time comes around).

Recently, a friend reached out to me and asked if we’d have any interest in going to a particular theme park. I was like, “umm heck yeah!” Lol This friend explained they have some tickets that will expire soon that need to be used and they have enough for ALL 6 of us. Talk about surprised!

My point? Our God knows the desires of our hearts and He delights in giving them to us. We never know how long we’ll have to wait (or even that we are waiting), but His timing is perfect. For us, this isn’t a small thing but in the grand scheme of things, it’s always in the small things where we see Him most. You just never know who, or what God is going to use to bless you, but bless You He will.

If you are struggling today, I pray this testimony speaks to you. I want you to know that God hasn’t left you nor has he forsaken you. He is at work; even if you can’t see it.
